A meaningful way to remember or recognize a loved one — or celebrate a special animal — while supporting animal health initiatives in Indiana.

When you make a gift to the Indiana Animal Health Foundation in memory or in honor of someone, or a special animal, we’ll send a personalized card to the family or person you’d like recognized, letting them know a gift was made in that name. It’s a simple gesture that carries real meaning — turning a moment of remembrance or celebration into lasting support for animals in need.

Ways to Give:

• In Memory Of
  Honor the memory of a family member, friend, or beloved pet with a gift that reflects the compassion they showed for animals.
• In Honor Of
  Celebrate a birthday, adoption anniversary, retirement, or any special occasion with a gift made in someone’s name.

How It Works

1. Make your gift using the form below, noting the name of the person or animal you’d like to recognize.
2. Add the recipient’s mailing address — this is who will receive the memorial or tribute card. Include your address as well so we can thank you.
3. We’ll send a card to that person or family, letting them know a gift was made in memory or honor of their loved one.

Your donation directly supports IAHF’s mission, and every card sent is a reminder of the difference that compassion — and generosity — can make.
